Yes. Landon Plumbing is licensed and insured to provide plumbing services in Maryland.
Yes. Landon Plumbing handles the plumbing portion of bathroom remodeling projects, including tubs, showers, faucets, toilets, vanities and related piping. We can also coordinate plumbing work with other trades when needed.
We accept cash, personal and business checks, and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Yes, we provide free estimates for most plumbing work. If exploratory work is needed to determine the problem, such as opening walls or ceilings or removing cabinets, an additional charge may apply.
Yes. If you have multiple plumbing items that need attention, let us know when scheduling. Whenever possible, we can group the work into one visit to save time and reduce additional trip costs.
No. For safety and insurance reasons, Landon Plumbing does not access roofs to auger or clear plumbing roof vents.
The company’s roots go back to 1983. In 2022, Eric Landon purchased the business and continued the company under the Landon Plumbing name.
Yes. Landon Plumbing installs and replaces residential gas, electric and power-vent water heaters. We can also replace expansion tanks, shutoff valves and related water heater piping when needed.
Yes. We clear clogged sinks, tubs, toilets and main drain lines. We can also diagnose sewer backups and drainage problems to help restore proper flow.
Yes. Landon Plumbing installs and replaces sump pumps, water-powered backup systems and related discharge piping to help protect basements and crawlspaces from water damage.
Yes. We can install customer-supplied toilets, faucets and other plumbing fixtures. We can also provide certain fixtures ourselves when requested.
Yes. We repair and replace toilets and can also address common issues involving wax seals, supply lines, shutoff valves and toilet flanges.
Yes. Photos can help us better understand the issue and prepare for the visit. Some plumbing problems may still require an in-person inspection before the work can be fully diagnosed or priced
